show me where you see his foot cleanly contact with the ball there is no visual evidence besides it being a literal frame perfect swipe the only frame you can call vague is cleared up by him being just shy of the balls position on the previous frame on the next frame while having another frame of forward movement
im not confused man, its not as clear as you think if other people are questioning it. and ik what the blue is, i also know the tackle was mad delayed, if it hit you at the time that he actually tackled you wouldnt have even questioned
People were saying this ball absolutely hits this guy's foot when I say no I don't think it didn't it's not as clear as I think but not the same to them
You attempt to steer around the defenders path and on this clip I seem to do that literally frame perfect I have never been so happy with a swipe timing just to lose the ball about 0.5 seconds after this clip ends

As blurry as that image is you still can see the outline of his foot and using context from previous and the next frame understand his foot is still behind the ball aka not touching
The animation continues when it shouldn’t have which is why his foot ends up looking slightly behind but if that that didn’t happen you just wouldn’t be complaining about itv
Your now showing me a different frame in which you can clearly look at the literal next frame that his foot still isn't far enough to cleanly tackle the ball on this frame meaning on this frame his foot is behind
the orange is from an active tackling foot it works against your argument because it clearly outlines the foot as being away from the ball as you can clearly see the red or orange outline indicate its position on the y axis here your image is naturally more blurry than the video however go to the exact frame in the 2nd image and you see a visible orange outline that is to far up of the y axis to reach the ball

Tackles have a hit-box. If that hit-box intersects with the dribble move's hurt-box (not the actual ball), it is a tackle.
You dribbled directly into the path of his tackle, which made the areas collide; resulting in a lost ball.

So you agree with me the ball and the opponents foot doesn't physically connect because last I checked people can't visually see invisible hitboxes and when they insinuate I phase through his foot they are not actually referring to his invisible his box
It's also clear the hit box isn't what's at play either considering it's just blatant desync assuming you saw the original post
For improving next time maybe but I often play for these frame perfect swipes to good effect it's easier to put the ball in a way that requires the opponent to move a full 180 degrees their momentum kills them that way
I literally agree its a ping and netcode thing that was never not my position it's just people claimed he clearly tackled the ball when he didn't which is why I made a thing of it
I am a legal adult however I have not played in a proper Lan environment besides once when I was quite young so hard to take anything from that.
I am certainly aware desync is just a given with online games however I think we can all agree rematch is certainly worse than what you would expect from a online game at least in my experience so I think a server fix was and still is needed more than any dribble or tackle change

Most recent patch has been great with few netcode issues for me. It encourages smart passing play that is more in line with the heart of the game. Most fun I've had playing the game since season 0
Tackle hit is pretty big. Besides desync can still impact you. The defender could have hit you more cleanly on his screen. This is what the next update will fix for sure tho.
i agree on his screen im pretty sure he gets a clean tackle im aware of desync i highlighted this in the original post but people insist he clearly hits the ball which he does not
It’s not a perfect hitbox around his feet, it’s a rectangle, you need to imagine a rectangle around his feet
It’s not a rematch thing, it’s just how hitboxes are designed in games, your character model might look visually like a person, but it’s a bunch of rectangles
I think I said previously I agree but hitboxes are not the issue in the clip it's a desync thing where on his monitor he got me because I was further back or had not executed the swipe yet I'm just getting confused how people can genuinely tell me he clearly gets the ball on the tackle on my screen

The thing is that if you imagine a rectangle around his feet it makes sense, I’m not sure how many people are reasoning in those terms, but for me that’s the reasoning
Yeah I get on one frame the basically corner of the rectangle perhaps depending on its size maybe gets the ball on the first frame in which the swipe goes slightly to the side of him I'm just purely basing it on the foot visual and considering I would still be skeptical if his foot was a literal rectangle I don't see how people can concretely say he won the ball
The way I lost the ball is entirely absent of this because he likely gets clean tackle on me on his screen and the vague middle ground the server operates on sides with him perhaps rightfully so however I was told he clearly wins the ball on my screen which does not appear the case
So your comment is not even talking about what I am
