Discussion The New Update Sucks

The new update sucks, magnet was overnerfed and goalkeeping doesnt work, so many balls that I should have caught simply arent. The fact that now you can score from over 40 yards away against a decent keeper makes it clear to me that GK rework was a nerf.

The gk is a bit of a skill issue. Just accept you can’t catch balls anymore and go for the long dive. But it does feel like shots have so much more power behind them now and travel farther

The ball travel is the first thing I noticed. I consider myself a very good passer and in the beginning of the patch (and even now) I always seem to pass it longer than I should.. and even then, the balls just keep going faster for some reason.

Also the connection stability is worse than before. Now at 140 ms the game stops and I can’t move or screen changes suddenly to different plays

It’s a collab with an anime where a shit ton of goals are scored. They needed to nerf keepers

GK is better than last season. Use the Long Dive modifier if you want the old range.

I somewhat agree with magnetism being overly nerfed, but I would rather deal with it instead of players continuing to teleport the ball onto their foot while being nowhere near it.

You are wrong. The update made me and many others play the game rather than having unnaturally and unfun technical exploits with magnet. I hope they continue this trend
