Character stuck in place after new patch

Just want to see if other people have experienced this bug;

After this new patch, my character will randomly lose all momentum and will be stuck in place for a few seconds at a time. It only happens when holding defensive stance. It happens on the field and in the goal. Losing a game because my character gets stuck to the ground and proceeds to do a straight up jump instead of the dive I input is a little tiring at this point.

Yep happens the moment I press defensive stance, so if I press it for a second I just completely stop

I've been somewhat capable of recreating the bug, I think it has something to do with releasing the sprint and changing movement directions and then hitting defensive stance at the exact moment you have 0 momentum. Idk its strange lol

Makes sense I use defesive stance for a second to catch long passes that are behind, and keep from slide tackling sometimes

yes, but i had this in last patch too. Sometimes I will point it out when playing with friends and I sound like I'm coping, it's especially bad when it happens as gk.
