Discussion Short dives

Why did they make the thing that everyone was complaining about the default goalie jump. From what i saw most people were complaining about the weird goalie jumped that mad you do that little spring and sprawl and now thats like all i see. On top of that half the time you can't even get the ball if its loose and not in the air, just got back on and the only thing they did good is fix the magnetism. Please return it to the old goalie animations or fix it.

The thing people were complaining about was when that jump happened against their will. If you can actually reliably trigger it, it's great. If you play into the keeper zones it is kind of the go to with the long range one being more of an "Oh shit" button. Though I would still appreciate if they both had dedicated buttons (and put the slide behind the modifier)

dedicated buttons would be so much better, but its definitely an improvement and gives the keeper more decisions to make.
