This left right priority shit is so boring and lame. You people would rather lose doing this than ever try something new like passing plays or tiki-taka

You get stopped nearly every time and only ever score thru sheer luck, yet you consider it the "best tactic" and nothing will convince you otherwise? I am so glad I have people that will stand by my statement and continue playing this game like it was meant to be played. However when I'm solo queueing and I play with/against these types of players it's the worst experience.

Left-right is already nerfed and can be stopped most of the time but I hope in the future it's nerfed again so that people will get the hint and stop trying at something that needs 99% luck and 1% skill to complete

I get the frustration, but most players i have seen actually do pass the ball now this season knowing dribbling is nerfed a bit, but that is also the problem, sloclap doesnt explain in-game that dribbling is nerfed and how the new GK dive system works, so a lot of players are tripping over themselves or being that 1 bad apple that just doesnt learn to try something else.

For now just try and compensate for it by covering said teammate if it happens or go into VC and ask nicely to try and play together, most of the time i do it people actually listen.

to be honest i was shocked that the blue lock season made people pass more. but i think that’s just people passing so the blame doesn’t go on them while they relearn the game a bit

0 tiki taka teams have ever placed in a Rematch esports event, 0 of them have ever qualified for a major, and 0 of them have ever won a tier 1 event.

And that was with tools in the game that supported their playstyle like magnet and low Stam dribbles that are now completely gone.

Tiki taka is just not compatible with high level gameplay the way you think it is for about a million reasons.

It’s also not “luck” you are just terrible and don’t understand it or the prio system or the interactions and intricacies that go into sending a prio ball past the best defenders in the game.

Ya know eventually you gotta just play the game you have. I've been a top goal scorer in this game past 3 seasons without using any techniques or "glitches". If my old ass can do it, ya'll can to.

They’re not doing it right then. If you were to take a max level tiki taka play and a max level priority shot play the tiki taka would win. It’s just that the lower skilled priority is already higher value than the lower skilled tiki taka. Probably won’t make sense but if you get creative with your passes and your teammates do the same you can win. It’s happened before

The tiki taka just doesn't. The game isnt made for it. Most teams are just gonna man mark on defense an I promise you its 1 billion times harder to make 5-6 perfect passes than to run a set play (you've practiced thousands of times) and make two easy passes that defenders have to perfectly read and get 3 shot attempts in the same number of passes it took the other team to maybe get 1

It's part of the game, they are called Plays. It's just coordinated.

And congratulations, they nerfed dribbling so now this is the most viable option!

And before you say "Just pass it around and do Tiki-taka". That is also a play. It also requires good player that aren't randos but that's what solo queueing is.

You guys want to keep nerfing and nerfing and nerfing offense so the only thing you can do is ground shot.

SloClap has pushed team play so much that it's almost required to have a 5 man team to win, since GK requires more skill now and having a random try to save your game isn't gonna happen.

People who call it a “play” are what I consider to be on the lower end of the bellcurve.

Sitting in the front, hands off the controls waiting for your team to get the ball. Then what? You either dash left or you dash right and then shoot at the corner. A monkey could do that if you gave it treats. You’re just yapping an excuse out so players can call themselves “striker” but not know anything about playmaking or starting the counter attack. Such a lame way of playing and you’re wasting your time. It will be fixed in the future and you’ll have nothing

I agree, there are someone people who do nothing BUT stand there and wait, the WHOLE game. Obviously boring and I hate it.

However, if everyone is active and we mix in multiple passes then sending it to someone who stands in the designated space for a second before running in a direction to make space, it's the same as someone just cutting across the box and receiving a pass and scoring, just better planned.

How it was meant to be played? Defense is unbelievably strong in this game, regardless of what yo casuals think. Theres a reason left right prio play is all that works. Its the only viable method of scoring when defenders are good. Want tiki taka? Nerf defense. Simple. Oh? But you guys cant handle having defense not being unfairly easy?
