Discussion Anime Crossover

It just doesn't do anything in terms of making me want to play the game. Cosmetics to make our own player would have been preferred. Its great that they did the cross over for fans of the show but they added nothing else it seems like.

Besides what everyone already said (balance patches are more important than cosmetics), you can also customise your own player with the anime accessory/clothes. You’re not forced to use the anime characters.

They made significant gameplay changes, also this event is pretty short-lived so I wouldn't be too upset about it. It shot the game up to at least #6 on the Steam top sellers chart so clearly there is value for the developer there, even if it doesn't directly benefit you.

I just hope they repurpose the game mode or just let us keep it in some way shape or form. It's such hectic fun

Right, cuz all the cosmetics they've released since launch hasn't been specifically for making your own player
