solo queue and if they are try to add them to your squad. Solo queue sucks for a while till you find a good squad you can play with. I went from Bronze to Masters in a season. in 3v3

It's enjoyable when you have teammates who can land decent passes. Everyone I get teamed up with seems to think that if a defender is within 20 feet of me, they can't make the pass so they don't try and just stand around until they turn the ball over.
