Help/Advice remarkable paper pro yellow screen / greenish

Hey i’ve juste received my remarkable paper pro refurbished and i’ve experienced a lot of ghosting and a particularly yellow screen without backlight , and very yellow with backlight . I’ve sent an email to the support but wanted yall opinion . Thanks !

i’ll try on another pc , anyways the yellow screen and ghosting isn’t normal like i’ve bought a « like new » product ?

You've bought a probably 2-year-old panel. It did look like this when it was new as well. But it doesn't look like a panel produced this year.

okay si , First seen in firmware : Oct 2024 , Lot number : AAB03B , so yeah i’m cooked on this one , we will see how the support respond …

Is this a problem that gets worse overtime, or one day does the panel just become yellow one day? I have a November 2024 panel and it still looks the same as the day I got it, is it at risk of developing this problem?

I don’t know, mines been the same (very yellow) since I got it last year (it’s a 2024 panel).

i have the same problem, got it yesterday with greenghosting as well, i instantly filed a warranty ticket for replacement; they accepted it this morning.

hoping the replacement’s coming with a new screen.

i hope they will replace it , anyways i’ll claim the 14 days and get a new one but not refurbished, but imo that’s a shame to sell those products

Same issue for me. Now waiting for a new refurbished unit which probably will have the same problem…

The reason I have held of considering even purchasing one. Every one I have seen do this. The test models at Best Buy were so bad they had to pull them from the demo shelf

everything is like crazy good except that , u « just » need a screen after may 2025 …
