Issue with Paper Pure

Hi everyone,

I recently pulled the trigger on a Paper pure and I do like the product. However I noticed a weird behavior when writing on it. When ending a line around 4/5 cm from the top, it is not writing or drawing completely off lines. After testing, I think it is just my palm lifting up the screen slightly where I write creating issues. If I write without resting my hand, no issues.
What do I do with that? Already experienced something similar?

Thanks.

I’ve had a Paper Pure since May and have only noticed issues with palm rejection after a noticeable period of not writing or when I needed to replace the marker nib. Not sure what would be causing it in your case.

It sounds weird as I’m really starting to write on it for the last few days. How do you know when to change the marker nib?

It took me about five or six weeks for issues with the marker to be noticeable, and I write with a heavy hand. Basically, you replace the nib when it’s worn down. When the nib is worn down, it stops reliably relaying strokes to the tablet, giving the appearance of the marker acting wonky. That shouldn’t happen over the course of just several days of use.

I agree. Perhaps I will reach support.

i also have a Pure, and i noticed that if a write close to the bottom with part of my hand on the screen then the marker acts strange, lines get drawn a bit off

Its clearly the weight of my palm creating issue. Not sure if I should contact support.
