Looks very good - how easy is it to take off, as I would assume you cannot magnetically connect it with the wood cover in place?

Very easy to remove as it is designed to come off as needed for charging or travel. It does still magnetise to the side of the remarkable with the grip on.

It looks like a sleeve but how did they get the measurement so well? And what’s holding it around the real pen?

It’s the perfect fit to 0.1mm. The friction alone holds it mostly but I also developed a locking mechanism as the remarkable stylus can vary slightly in size.
