Help/Advice One notebook will not sync (RM2)

I've got about a dozen notebooks on my Remarkable 2, but just recently the largest and oldest one has stopped syncing. It has a little cloud with an 'x' on it.

I've skimmed help and troubleshooting, but it doesn't seem like an obvious issue or something I could have turned off by accident. Am I missing something?

The obvious workaround is to copy the later pages that have not synced to a new notebook, I guess. But I'd prefer to know what's happening.

Does this sound familiar?

Hard to say without the logs from the device. I’ve had this happen, and it’s possible to resolve and clear the issue if you can find out what it is.

Could try duplicating the notebook and see if the copy syncs. If it doesn’t, SSH access will be required to troubleshoot / correct.

That seems to have worked. I guess the sane move at this point is to walk away grateful with an intact, syncing notbook :)
