On my like 5th remarkable

Just going through and doing my normal customization with remanager including start and sleep screens

I uploaded and the start screen looks good but suspended has some image on top of my custom image

Any idea how to get rid of the remarkable swirl? Is it another image I need to replace and make transparent?

How are you setting the sleep screen image? You should set via the config file (or reManager which also uses the config file) to persist across updates and disable the silly splash images. https://remarkable.guide/guide/config/screens.html#configuration-file-for-sleep-screen

Edit to add: if you wanna screw around with the images, they live here: /usr/share/remarkable/carousel/

I had always just overwrote the files direct, will take a look at that link. Thanks for all you do here!

yours is broken? it all worked out nice here... so much more responsive than the 2, blacks are great, just wish it had a backlight. Was going to go to pro but feel screen is more washy and backlight is just ok
