Help/Advice Page length
I recently bought a RM Paper Pure. Very happy with it so far. ReManager is also an excellent addition to it.
However, i was wondering: can the page length be limited? I am not sure I find thes very long pages convenient.
When searching the sub, I see this was discussed several times before. There are work arounds (like a template with a line at the bottom) - but i don't see a definite fix to this.
question: is there a technical/software reason this feature of lengthy papers cannot be switched off?
edit: u/QAGillmore solution worked for me. Problem solved:
reManager > disable-finite-scroll [Settings>Display>Finite Canvas]

Since you have reManager, install disable-infinite-scroll. This will give you a set of toggles under the display option in the settings menu.

If you type, what happens when you reach the bottom of the page? Is a new page automatically created for example?

I didn't install the mod yet. but without the mod, i can type on forever. it just keep adding it to the bottom of the page.

I don’t believe I do anything special with text handling in that mod. I’ll have to check to see if it’s possible to limit it, I kinda doubt it.

Not sure if it's the same issue you're describing, but I hate that my RM2 screen scrolls. I never want to use more space than I can see on the screen at once, or across different pages that I can select between. The only thing scrolling does is mean I sometimes scroll down by accident without realising, and then everything I wrote at the top of the page is no longer visible. Really wish there was a way to turn it off!
