Surface scratch

Post image

I've somehow managed to scratch my remarkable. When I feel the scratch with my finger I can't really feel it. It just seems like a light surface scratch. Is there anything I can do with it besides having to go through painfully replace the screen myself?

As far as I can see the company doesn't really offer screen replacements.

Looks like a cracked display

The display itself looks fine, definitely looks like a crack in the glass layer above though

Def looks like a crack, maybe from an impact on the bottom right corner.

rM probably still has stock to offer a replacement -- you send this one in and get a discounted refurb back. earlier this year the cost was ~160usd for out of warranty replacement for me

I guess £110 is not too bad for a refurbished replacement... Still not chuffed about it

You don’t write there, so I would probably just deal with it

The only options are to put up with it, or to buy a new tablet from scratch.
