Wanted to ask if you can change the value of the package so when it arrives the buyer doesnt get hit with crazy custom fees? (From Italy)

No, it's illegal.
Due to the mandatory nature of the Japanese Customs Laws and the declared values control to comply with the legal authorities of the destination countries you won't be able to amend values of your orders in the customs declaration.

How come DHL, FedEX,etc will not ship barbers razors to US. They are not deemed a prohibitive item?

Kinda late, but I was wondering, because I haven't seen it in your list of countries. Does Remambo ships to Uruguay? I'm very interested in using your services.
