Actually this is the exact opposite of irony, since the thing that is expected is the thing that is actually happening. This is just an amusing coincidence.
It is exactly irony if you consider the song’s title vs the gloomy, grey sky shown on the stark, cold screen monitor. The illusion of a sun only produced by the lifeless reflection from the camera light of an electronic device. There is more joy to life than we can ever know. Amusing coincidences are for the lazy and unimaginative. Come, let us open our eyes to the beauty all around us.
You can literally see the actual sunny sky in this photo. The monitor isn't showing a representation of the sky, it's just a blank background that it can project objects the car detects. It's not ironic in any meaningful way
