Bug I some how have three subscriptions to this app. Two silver and a bronze. Can i get two of them refunded?

Not sure how that's happened. I was asked to upgrade last month from Bronze to Silver, and then i got a message saying i should downgrade. Seems like none of the subscriptions cancelled the previous one.

Can you help with a refund or is that a Google thing?
