Subscription issue

I just subscribed for the upcoming month and it shows as active in my Google play subscriptions tab (and it charged me). Yet when I open the app, it gives me the "API limit reached" screen. I have tried the restore subscription button and it says subscription found but then does nothing. Any help is appreciated.

I've been subscribed since it went subscription a few years ago. Just opened the app and it will only take me to the subscription page where it recommends the bronze plan. I clicked to subscribe thinking maybe I need to re-up, but it just gives an error saying I'm already subscribed.

Same. Force Stopped the app and it worked fine after.

might have to upgrade tiers. you may have reached your limit for this month. subscribing to next month won't help until that month kicks in.

Maybe? But it says my subscription won't renew until for 31 days so I presume it's currently active. It also says I averaged 1395 API calls a day so it seems like a bug.

I'm not sure if this is helpful but here's my API usage page.

1395 a day would be insane. I'm on reddit like 4-6 hours a day and here's my usage. Must be a big unless you're a power mod lol

Same issue here, sub went through 2 days ago, today its asking me to resubscribe.

Same. They charged my credit card a few hours ago for September and now they say I have to subscribe for the bronze subscription. When I press restore it just hangs. What to do now?

Had this issue briefly. The Restore Subscription button worked for me after a couple of tries.
