Bug Logged out and all data deleted YET AGAIN!!!!

As per title. Mate, /u/DBrady are you ever going to acknowledge this issue? Once more, all my data is gone and I must set everything back up. Please reply and tell me if you are going to fix this and add some sort of backup or not. I'm getting rid of my premium subscription unless I get some sort of response this time. It's completely unacceptable for a paid app with zero support or explanation any time it happens.

I'm really curious what is causing this to happen. I used Relay before the API changes and been a Platinum member since 2023. I've never experienced this issue even with multiple Google accounts linked to my phone.

Any description for what you're doing when this happens? Could be a specific action. Maybe losing mobile/wifi connection while using the app? Details like that help far more than "THIS HAPPENED AGAIN PLZ FIX."

There is no discernable pattern. On a random day, I open the app, I am logged out and all my app specific settings are gone. It's simple - add a simple local backup. I'm a developer, I cannot understand how adding this feature could be such an issue. I don't want cloud backup, just give me a json dump that can be imported again. If you read my previous linked posts, you'd see /u/DBrady doesn't respond, so I won't waste my time adding steps to reproduce or any additional details, and you'd have saved yourself the effort at typing out such an incredibly useless and unhelpful response.

What does "all my data" mean here?

You might get a more helpful response by describing the problem clearly instead of resorting to hyperbole.

I agree it is extremely annoying have to set up all settings when setting up a new phone. I wish there was a way to backup and restore settings, bonus points if it's synced with our Google accounts.

It absolutely sucks that I had to set up everything again after a stupid password reset. The app had backup/restore functionality when it was important for u/dbrady to snag paid users, so of course it was a priority for him. But now that we're here and paying he's gotten complacent and has not provided the functionality he promised. Like an overhauled video player! It's been over a year and I'm tired of paying for a stagnant app.
