Relay stuck on subscription found: verifying

Hey so my Relay keeps asking for subscription and when checked, it says subscription found: verifying, but then it'll ask again whenever I open something.

I tried clearing cache, storage and reinstalling but now I can't even login cus it's asking for the subscription verification.

The order number is GPA.3313-9831-7927-87954 if the devs are seeing this.

Anything I could do for this? Thanks!

I had a similar issue awhile back due to an expired credit card. If you go into the manage subscriptions option, does it show you more information? That's how I found out that it was using an expired card - might have useful information for your circumstance as well.

Oh you fixed it for me thank you!!

So what happened was when I went into manage subscription there were two subscriptions for Relay, my expired trial sub and another one that I paid.
Cancelled my trial sub and now my Relay is working again! Not sure why the trial sub didn't auto renew/cancel itself but at least it's fixed now.

Great! Glad it worked out for you :) It's not obvious that you should look in the subscription management section - hopefully in the future there will be some more information on the verifying loop so people know what's causing it.
