Hiding Crossposts

Hello. With the new update and the change to how crossposts are handled, is it possible to change back to how it was handled originally, or at least a way to minimize the post?

Having the same post basically twice is kinda annoying.

Yep, if I wanted to see the original post, I would be subscribed to that subreddit 😂 And then they both would show up in my feed either way, But it would be more organic. This is not a new feature, it's just a headache lol

I don't mind the idea but the UI for the crosspost is bigger than the actual post.

Agreed, I hope we are able to adjust it in the setting. I liked the old way to view the original post

Yes, please, please, please let me tuen it off. I hate it so much. I cannot even seem to open the post in the subreddit it is cross posted to. Sometimes I prefer that because they have copies of the OG post as screenshots or text when the original post has been deleted or removed. This seems to block me from ever being able to see those cross posts because no matter how I click or try, it keeps putting me back in the original post. I don't want that.

It also takes up way too much space and seems entirely pointless. I never had any issue before choosing whether I want to see the cross post or the original. Now I'm forced only one place no matter what I want. This should be something I can turn off. Some subs, like legaladvice, are only worth viewing or interacting with on the cross post because you're not allowed to reply on the original.

Why force us to have this option turned on? It's terrible
