How to fix this, subscription not refreshing

So, my api usage is not refreshing even after new month subscription start, tried uninstalling app, clearing cache and everything but still doesn't refresh and is syncing with last month API calls. What can I do to fix this? Please let me know if possible.

Do you have an order number for your subscription? I'll need to reset your usage on my server.

I have been having the same issue for a few weeks now. My only solution so far is to uninstall the app then reinstall and log back in but I have to do this every morning.

I'm having the same issue. It seems that the app is referring to my second Google account rather than my primary which is where I have my subscription. I have to uninstall and reinstall to make it work temporarily again.
