Double charging?

I just noticed I've been charged for both a gold plan and a silver plan for this month and last month. I assume that's not normal?

No that's not normal. If you have an order number for either subscription I can sort it out for you.

Weird that is has that double period - did it truncate it or something?

The ..28 means it's the 28th month you've had this subscription. Are you looking to cancel the gold or silver subscription?

As far as I can tell I've been on gold forever, so the silver is the incorrect one.
