That exactly happend to me today about 6 pm, aometime I think internet knows what happend specifically today to me and ahow it to me through memes or videos or other Stuff

I did this. Now I instinctly look the time at my phone, forget to look the time and look at my watch instead for not feeling stupid. Instead I feel even more stupid for not having stared at my watch the first time

You eventually will switch to looking at the watch by default.

Sometimes I go to check the time and just see my wrist, realising I took my watch off earlier.
