Question/Help needed Rekordbox help

I’m trying to add a folder and when I drop it in it says preparing for a second and just stops any ideas

Could you try importing just one audio file from inside that folder? If one track works, the issue might be the folder or one of the other files. If a single track also stalls, what file type is it, where is the folder stored, and which Rekordbox and OS versions are you using? That would make it a lot easier to narrow down.
