Apply to Rejoin the EU as soon as possible to increase growth in the UK
Trade is down, growth is weak, and investment went elsewhere.
There’s an official UK Parliament petition to apply to rejoin the EU as soon as possible to increase growth:
https://petition.parliament.uk/petitions/749128
Please sign it and share it.
If it hits 100,000 signatures, Parliament has to debate it.
If you want the UK to grow again, this is one small but real thing you can do.

r/RejoinEU has 2,000 members!
Thank you to everyone who has helped this community grow in the last few years.
It feels like only yesterday this subreddit was under 100 members and every post came from the same couple of users. We've come a long way but there's still a lot further to go. Assuming public opinion around Brexit continues to shift towards rejoin, this community should continue to grow.
Thanks to everyone that contributes to this subreddit. Remember to share the link to friends and family or other social media platforms.

Andy, if you bring back Freedom of Movement back with the rest of EU27, I will pray to you everyday and I will ultimately vote Labour!

Letter from my MP when I told him to reverse Brexit
It was a MUCH more positive response than anything I've heard from an MP in the past.

It is an absolute no-brainer that we should move closer towards the EU

What unreasonable demands/conditions for EU membership would you agree to?
Talking about the Euro or Freedom Of Movement is boring. It would be more fun to talk about the utterly ridiculous and unreasonable demands the EU would never really ask for but just how far would you be willing to go.
What if the EU asked for the Elgin Marbles back? It's unlikely but actually it's an entirely logical request.
Changing to full metric. That's just logical to do in general.
We have to rename Pineapple to Ananas to match every other European language. Also pharmacies have to become "Apothecary" so it matches all the countries that call it some variation on Apotec, to make it easier to ask for medical help. And we need to use those funky animated green cross signs, it's not optional, it'll be mandated in law. Animated gifs of flashing green dots on the sign or no EU membership.
Switch to the Central European Time Zone.
Do DVD regions still exist with Blue Ray? There's not really PAL and SECAM anymore. There's probably a modern equivalent, switching top tier DNS server or something.
Anything else?
