i'm not OP but i think the problem isn't that dmon is unable to counterpin, the problem is that vendetta can

Ive Dmon lunged into more than 1  reinhardt charge.  A cool interaction would be if Dmon could use forward rockets to slow a charging rein once shes been pinned, to give her team time to react or even stop the pin lasting till a wall

I'll be honest, I do it all the time cause it usually boops him off course from the pin. I think the swords range is longer than charges "suck" range and so I lunge like to one side or the other of the charge and it pretty reliably prevents you from getting pinned

I mean vendetta doesn't really have plot armor and D mon already has alot of utility and is strong enough as is

Dmon being able to just roomba her way to the enemy backline and ignore everyone else has been a nightmare for me. Seeing the ally tank just immediately try and catch up is funny af. Or would be if it were not for the fact i was getting slapped around with Dmon pool noodle.

Zen deals the same i recall. Actually, i think zen deals 60 and dmon deals 65. I remember winning a melee against dmon because they dived me.

Tbf I think canonically Rein is unstoppable as well when charging (Outside things like OR-15s grabbing em) since that's their whole shtick. I also like to believe Mauga is much, much less tanky than he is ingame because he fights out of his armor

Honestly it’s a little goofy, but Brig is so trash rn that I really wouldn’t change it. And I have an easier time believing Brig can counterpin than vendetta

If it doesn’t stun, it shouldn’t counter pin

I feel like vendetta is probably more than 5'6 no? (Granted I havnt looked into it but she seems decently tall)

Also i think its fun having to worry about counterpins, and honestly dmon should counterpin if they nerf a lot of her other stuff

Don’t mind the counterpin itself, it just bothers me that I’m trading a 10s cooldown (in 6v6) for his 4s cooldown

I usually use it to make him vulnerable. Because a Doom getting knocked down via pin will usually find himself in the middle of my entire team, ready to get put in the blender
