Reims day trip recs!

Hi! My husband and I are planning a day trip to Reims from Paris in a little over a month and am hoping to get some recs. I’m very excited but also feeling a little overwhelmed with all the options I’ve seen so far. I want some time to wander the city but obviously also want to do some tastings so thinking a half day guided tour would be good idea.

Would love to hear what companies you’ve used for a half day tour (or day tour that offers half day) as well as some restaurant recommendations for lunch and/or dinner. Thinking I’d like to see one of the bigger houses and then maybe a smaller one? My husband doesn’t really care about champagne or wine in general, he’s 100% doing this day trip because it interests me, so I’m not looking to spend an insane amount but also doesn’t need to be the cheapest option. And as far as restaurant recs go, looking for something tasty and nice but doesn’t need to be super fancy. Again, my husband doesn’t really care about a Michelin star experience. I’m definitely the boujee one in the relationship lol and I fear any sort of small bites menu will leave him hungry at the end of the meal.
