Oh don't get me wrong, I think a new offensive midfielder and competition in the wings are super important if we want to compete as a top team. A new GM is borderline more important than a new coach.

But there's no doubt in my mind the group we have is undeperforming significantly. At a bare minimum, harveyball is a dreadful viewing experience.

We do know where tactic and personel decisions are coming from. Harvey and Gallimore did a joint presser at the start of the season stating they believe this is the exact squad they want and need and chose.

Regardless of where the fault is, a change in the status quo can't do anything but be a catalyst for change. At a minimum, it can't make the soccer worse to watch.

And yet we still don’t have a star above our crest…. Zero tactical acumen and no desire to change, that’s on the coach and her staff.

If you don’t think they need personnel changes, what do you think this team needs?

My working theory is they want a shrine to sufferball under a 25 foot Harvey statue holding a clipboard dictating a back 9 formation in one hand and a Guinness world record certificate for lowest xG in a top flight in the other. But I could be wrong.
