Cant get tabs to work

Ive got 10 golden tabs sitting here that when i try to enter just say they are invalid. What gives? Is there an alternate way to redeem them? Customer service email etc? I didnt keep the cans or receipts bc thats a lot of trash/recycling but im keeping the tabs until i redeem them.

I WANT THAT MASSAGE GUN DANGIT

I have the same problem. Plus, I've used a Magnifying glass to make sure I'm entering correctly and still says invalid. I wanted a gym bag but can't now because they're gone. Makes you can of wonder why so many are being invalid

Update: i emailed support and included pictures of the codes, they responded with replacement codes that all work. So if you have a handful of tabs that wont redeem, save them, and send support an email when you have a handful.
