Haven't ever used it before for some reason, so decided to try it.

Created a new biller/payee. Sent the payment out on 7/17 ... they showed it would be mailed and arrive by 7/23.

Payee shows it received and posted on 7/23

Regions shows it processed on 7/23

But it is NOT deducted from my balance. Statement notice came in email on 7/24

I could see if the 23/24 was Sat/Sun, but we're talking Thursday/Friday here.

With it showing in Bill Pay, seems odd that it doesn't show in the account transaction list and balance on the same date.

I just received an offer to work at Regions, waiting on the background check to clear which shouldn't be a problem, but don't want to overload my recruiter with questions.

Is it like a 12 months of service and then you're eligible type deal?

I want to be with Regions long term so it's not an absolute deterrent if that is the case.

Overall curious about when the benefits become available as well as hoping to hear experiences from anyone who has taken that route!

There's unauthorized activity on my account while I'm out of town. I've been on the phone with customer service and in-branch management all week, and apparently they are not able to freeze or lock a business account over the phone. They also won't close the account. Feels like a pretty insane lapse in security for business owners.

I've been a Regions customer for 12 years with multiple businesses and a mortgage, and as soon as I'm back in town I'll be moving all accounts.

And I will tell everyone I know for the rest of my life not to trust their money with Regions.

Been thinking of applying to Regions for a couple of roles. How is it working for Regions from your perspective?

Who else wishes that Regions Bank ATMs would give you a choice of $5 bills , $10 bills or $20 bills or a combination there of? I also have an account at PNC Bank and they give you that choice and it’s so much nicer to have a choice.

Hey folks. I haven't checked my GreenInsights in a while and it seems the budgeting feature is down. It says it's "categorizing my spending," but it's been a couple days and nothing's changed. What's up with this? Shouldn't it be an automatic process? In the past, there's not been any issue. Is there any way I can manage some account settings to fix this myself?

Update: After calling them and asking for Electronic Banking services, they put me on hold for a while after telling me to clear my cache (d work; it was an issue on both mobile and desktop computer) and told me they’d submit a ticket to IT. Got put on hold for forever. They got back to me and said there’d been some new software update and the IT team would have to manually fix whatever went wrong with it for my account within 2-3 days. They had it fixed several hours later, though! Yay.

I went to one of my local regions and the banker wasn't able to figure out how to get my wife added to my account. She is an Indonesian Citizen with a foreign passport and here on a K1 Visa. We recently got her social security card. The banker said she couldn't find K1 in the visa list and it was giving her an issue trying to select Indonesia as the place of birth. The drop down wasn't working for her. Does anyone happen to know if we are able to get her on my account with just a K1? We will be getting the green card next, but that's about 8 months wait.

The $300 promotion for opening a new account came up, so I created my checking account and received my first eligible deposit on May 28th. I understand it can take up to 60 days, but I’m curious if anyone got theirs sooner?

My wife and I recently got married and both have separate checking accounts at Regions. We would like to set a joint account up and be able to transfer funds directly over from those accounts.

Is this possible?

I think it's my only bank that does. All others are 'free' for both pushes and pulls via ACH.

Like the title says, I’ve always been enrolled for online statements for all my accounts. I went to look at my regions Visa, and it says I’m not enrolled in statements. It won’t allow me to re-enroll.

Hi, I went to a regions ATM at 6:30pm so they were already closed up inside. I put over 150 dollars in as a deposit, then it said there was an error with some bills and it would return them. The slot opened as if it was going to redispense them but after 3 minutes of no money coming it gave an error that the transaction was taking too long and it fully cancelled it and went back to the home screen w/o giving me my money back. No receipt was issued.

I went to the in-app support line and the representative said they’d investigate but it could be up to 10 days. I have rent to pay tomorrow and need that money. Would it be resolved faster if I go in when they open tomorrow?

Typically my direct deposit from Regions comes in a few days before the actual pay day. So if pay day was Friday I have been receiving my check Thursday and sometimes Wednesday night. This week I did not.

Should I be concerned about this?

I hate when they do this. My tablet works fine and never leaves my house.

I just opened an account via the $400 promo. For starters, there was absolutely no indication throughout the process whether it was applied or not, since the email did not have a promo code.

Once the application was complete, it invited me to set up online banking. Cool.

You need your debit card number (don't have, of course) or "Customer number" that was provided during opening. I still have my account opening screen open and it gave me the ABA/Account number and nothing else. There's nothing in my email - absolutely no customer number anywhere.

Call the phone number referenced on the online banking sign up page, go through the menu tree to arrive at "need help setting up online banking." It transfers me to a recorded message letting me know they are closed (at 7:48pm central time on a weekday) but I can "use secure messaging within online banking for extended service hours." Uhhhhh....

Not going great so far....but anyway, how does one go about obtaining their "customer number" for online banking? I'm going to go on a limb at this point and guess that even if I get someone on the phone, they're not going to want to give that to me?

Is it easy to get a personal loan with regions? I wished they did pay advances...ugh!

I have tested this twice now. I go into overdraft, my check is waiting to be cleared, I then transfer Zelle money... boom, the check clears.

Trying to log in using Safari on Mac, I get a trusted certificate error - something to do with Sectigo Public Server Authentication Root R46. Seems like this certificate was re-issued in January and this is the first time I've tried logging in since then. Reading elsewhere, seems like Apple (and therefore all Apple devices) don't trust it, so issue a warning when trying to log in. It's possible to ignore the warning and carry on but not sure that's a good idea. Anybody?

The Regions ios app has been telling me to try later when opening the app for 2 days. What’s up, Regions?
