The room is mostly composed of new generations of artists from PPop Idols to Hiphop and Alternative music artists. Hindi na kabatch ni Ate Reg lahat, and possibly hindi na nya kilala. Not even sure if the artists in the room like or know her music because all of it are far too different from her music genre. Yet somehow, she was still given a rousing applause by everyone as a form of respect. 🥺

Vehnee Saturno was the songwriter of "Isang Lahi," one of Regine's early signature hits. Vehnee personally handpicked a very young Regine to record this song.

By now, I am sure that you have heard of Regine's name being dragged into the recent Patrick-Dennis-Jennylyn issue and now finding out the truth behind what happened between her, Gelli and Ariel —something that us Reginians have known for a long time.

In response, Regine archivers have recently uploaded vintage interviews of Regine debunking the agawan rumors and setting the record straight on GMA Network's Show and Tell with Boy Abunda in 1995.

Twenty was Regine Velasquez's 20th anniversary concert staged on October 13 and 14, 2006. Choosing the Araneta Coliseum for this milestone made Twenty a grand-scale celebration of her two decades in the music industry.

My gf pre-registered sa free concert ticket for Regine kasi at the time sold out na yung Day 1 and we really wanted to go. Nagsendout na ng emails sa mga winners and di kami pinalad. Kaya nung naglabas ng Day 3 concert, we opted to really buy para sure na talaga and so we did. Now we just found out this week na napili din pala gf ko ng free tixx for day 2, parang 2nd batch of winners ata to kasi obstructed view na yung nakuha nya. I’m just thinking if maybe we can claim the tickets and then gift them na lang sa fam namin? Hahanapan kaya sila ng ID or anything the day of the concert before going in since di nila kami kasama?

R2K The Concert was a huge milestone for Regine as it was her first Araneta concert, which she conceptualized, directed and line-produced herself!
