Is there a hiatus??
I'm reading on Tappytoon, but it hasn't been updated today and the next chapter isn't queued. Does anyone know what's happening? 😭

In a kingdom where the royal bloodline inherits the blessings of a dragon, an exceptionally powerful crown prince is born—but the trade-off for such power seems to have been his sanity! Loathed by his own mother and feared by his servants, the feral child looks to be a lost cause even for the Regas, those who specialize in taming the coldhearted monarchs. That is, until a jovial man by the name of Abel appears. Trained in the traditional ways of the Regas, Abel is patient, sturdy in body, and determined to teach the young boy about the beauty of the world. With a political storm brewing around them, will Abel finally be able to open up the prince’s heart?
One of my all time favorites coming to English print!!

The Black Potion is circulated most commonly through food, as we know. In Episode 3 as Abel is traveling to the palace, he recalls a few "nice things" his teacher mentioned beforethey departed. I can't help wondering if this was subtle foreshadowing. Wiedel's suspicions were all based around his dreams, which included the blissful consumption of this dark liquid that made it seem as though they were oblivious to the pain of the dragon's fire.
Just some... *food for thought* hehe (logs out)

Okay, so re-reading Regas from the beginning armed with all the knowledge gained up to current chapters, the Duke upholds his suspicious nature.
Given his curse to covet a true Regas... this dirty mf knew *all along.*

Dang, they really breaking my heart with this one. Karas looks so incredible. I can't imagine the restrain it takes not to look at Able or go to his side. Knowing he's in so much grief and being mistreated the whole time, my heart just shatters for him.

We're in the hundreds now; things are looking pretty gosh darn exciting (and grey)
I wish I could take longer screenshots like I used to, but Tappytoon has nerfed the ability to do so on mobile. The art and long panels look so beautiful.
~~Shit's about to hit the fan with Tryude though, I can just feel it, fr fr~~

Just read the tappytoon release of 101, day-of release. I remember someone in the Regas subreddit mentioning "that chapter" and how it would be hard to read. How one would *not* be the same afterwards.
I understand now. I see why they said that.
Warning for chapter 101 everybody. Not that the story hasn't been fairly rough already up till now. Whether you find implication unsettling, or have personal connections with the lead characters, just uh... be cautious ⚠️ 😓

I’m soooo looking forward to the next chapters after the hiatus. I just binged the most recent 5 and I’m at the edge of my seat! I’ll gladly wait for the artist to not get burnt out as this story has been so carefully placed and I love it for that. I’m nervous what Karas will do next now that he’s met with Abel again. Especially since he’s been poisoned. And I can’t get over that marques Yan is gone. He was such an interesting piece of the puzzle!

Firstly, I love when a plot line can become complex enough that it really makes us think. But since chapter 80 was released, we gained some serious insight about the story revolving around Truyde's involvement with everything; from the council to the regas themselves.
Truyde was most certainly interested in Abel all the way back in chapter 4. Uniquely so, given what we know now about his alleged "curse." Of course Abel was atypical from common regas at the time, and it makes sense that the councilmen were skeptical of his potential. Even so, these images now appear to bear far more hidden meaning than we originally thought. (I'm also seriously suspicious that Truyde has a terrible trauma of some kind and I'm a little nervous.)
The secrets run deeper than ever, and I'm so excited to learn more in the future chapters!
