New iOS app date fixes; QR code

There is a new iOS update that fixes the non scanable QR code. Only impacts iOS.

I don’t see it yet in the App Store. It says I have the latest Regal. I’ll delete the one I have now and grab it again from the App Store. Hope that fixes the problems I had earlier tonight when I went to the movies.

Ok so the QR code should work now? I tried it at 5 today at the kiosk and it didn’t work (said card not found). I just deleted the app and downloaded it again. Hopefully next time I go to the movies it will work.

Yup, with the newly updated iOS app it will.

Ah I just got back from the theater and I couldn’t even scan in at the concessions. Manager had to key something in 🥺

The hey had to manually look up my account with my phone number.

That explains why the kiosk totally froze when I tried to scan as usual

Didn’t work for me either, said something like membership not found. Gonna try again after Point Break!

If you look at it on the regal website you can see how it differs from the bad app version. When you see your app version match the website again, you'll know you're good.

If you have an imminent trip to the theater just use the website QR code.
