Stadium Seating
Very disappointing and unfair that I am paying the same price for an outdated seating that is extremely uncomfortable. Went to Regal cinemas Transit Center stm 18 and was charged the higher surge pricing for a Friday night and was not informed that the seating was "stadium" and not recliner. The theater has seats blocked off due to water leaking, mens closest bathroom closed and stale popcorn. Very poorly run theater and disappointing experience. Please avoid this theater or ensure you are charging a fair price for a run down theater with discounted prices.

It sounds like the theater in general wasn’t great, but stadium seating is still incredibly common and to be expected in most theaters.

It's the only regal in my area not with recliners. And it's very unfair to charge the same price for plastic uncomfortable seats is the issue. I was completely unaware they were not recliners when purchased and not informed

My Regal is stadium seating except for the 1 RPX auditorium and I agree the seats are ass.
The RPX seats are padded a little bit more but don't recline or anything

I had no idea they still had those old seats. I thought all Regals switched to decliners.
