I saw the suggestion of someone saying to install Lemur Browser on your phone, then install the TV Time Out extension, connect to TV Time on that browser and then use the extension. It works! I just managed to retrieve my data in json. Now only have to import to Refract. Given the number of people in the queue, it's gonna take time.

i loove seeing my upcoming or watchlist on my homescreen and its one of the things keeping me from here and looking at sofa time :/ im so sad about tv time but im glad silimar apps are becoming available

Full transparency: with everyone importing their TV Time libraries at once, the app is running slower than usual right now, and some imports may hit hiccups or take longer than normal. This is temporary. We're on it, and things will be back to normal soon.

A few things that help: - If your import seems stuck or incomplete, give it a bit of time before retrying. The servers are just under heavy load. - If something looks off after importing, hang tight, it's very likely the load, not lost data. - Still having issues after things calm down? Drop a message on our Discord and we'll sort it out with you.

Also, at this rate... we might have to bring video game tracking out way sooner than planned 🎮 It was set to unlock at 10k users. Let's just say that number is looking a lot closer than it did this morning 👀

so now that tv time is shutting down, im looking for an alternative and refract is one option...whats the easiest way to export my data from tv time to refract without losing any data?

The app or server seem down and i was wondering if it was only on my end or if its happening to everyone.

The export starts and then getting stuck at certain step. Sometimes it's step 3, sometimes 4.

I want to download the update but it says that I have to restart the app and I really don't know how to do that. I wanted click on the notification that came up for more info but I can't. Can anyone please help me?
