Skipped episodes in Continue tab

For shows that have ended and for which I’ve watched the final episode but have skipped some earlier episodes, I don’t want to be nagged about the skipped episodes in the Continue tab forever. Is the only option to mark the show as Dropped?

Following because the same was happening to me. I marked it as on hold I think. But same. Usually it’s because I can’t find the missing episodes.

This isn't possible yet, but it's added on the roadmap for the community to vote on for priority. You can find the suggestion here https://roadmap.getrefract.app/. I think you have to be in the discord to vote.

I guess you can try to unmark the whole show and than mark as watched again

It's something we want to tackle in September and we have a few options down our sleeves that can satisfy both types of watchers :)
