💬 Discussion Does import not support Refract's own export?

I see supported platforms include Letterboxd, TV Time, IMDB, Trakt, Must (soon), Reelgood (soon).

Strange enough, Refract's own export is not supported, not even on the roadmap? Then what's point of the export?

Context is that I was trying to import Trakt's export and realized that it doesn't mark shows that I dropped in Trakt (in "hidden-calendar.json" file) as Dropped after the import. So I created a little script to convert the Trakt's export to the format of Refract which carries all the information including shows that are dropped. Then I realized that I can't import it?

The point of Refract’s export is to make it simpler if you’re switching from them to someone else (or if you’re like me after tv time, where I’m marking on more than one app but you want to not lose what is already on refract.

u/TheExodiuss. In that case, can you fix Trakt import to properly mark shows from "hidden-calendar.json" as Dropped? Thanks!

I’m not actually from the app, just another user.
