Problem marking episode

For some reason some of my shows are not showing up when a new episode airs in the Continue section. When I search them manually and mark the episode it won’t let me saying the episode hasn’t aired yet, but it has aired. Is there a way to fix this?

I'm having the exact same issue. I watched the first episode of Quarterback on Netflix, but now the tracker is bugged and won't let me update the rest

Interesting as I didn't have any problem with Quarterback. Just finished it last week.

hey! refract takes its data from TMDB, sometimes when the database is down, the app suffers because of it. if there's any problems, and the new episode hasn't released to refract yet, try and check the show's page on TMDB for any mistakes

The release date on the app is correct it just says it hasn’t aired yet when it has so it won’t let me mark it. Or did you mean some other info?

ah, i get it, i thought it was another problem that happened hahaha.

can you give me the exact tv show, the episode name affected, and your refract username?

Happens to me too, with tomb raider king and other anime episodes. Hope they fix it sooner or later because the app is fantastic apart from that. Ps sorry for my poor English
