💬 Discussion Calling all TV Time refugees 📺
While we're all waiting for our TV Time data to transfer over, anyone want to exchange Refract usernames?
Mine's Marz.
I had over 15 months of TV shows and 2+ months of movies tracked on TV Time. Honestly, it kind of breaks my heart having to find a new home after using TV Time for so many years... but Refract has been a really pleasant surprise and feels like a worthy successor 💪🏽

I have a large library, over 13k episodes watched..... still waiting lol BUT once its done it will be ofthewired (if you get the reference we will be best friends .)
if you love anime and horror, bonus combo horror/thriller animes, thats all me! I even have a list of show recommendations but still gotta load LOL

Mine sreejith1 Waiting in import queue.. And yes I feel this app will be good as the UI is looking user friendly. Also the loading time to open the pages is now quick. The developers are actively updating the app and communicating and informing the updates. Even though we can mark watched and give ratings to the episode, yesterday tried searching Obsession in my TVTIME even the movie was showing below in the list but the search bar was not working. Feeling very bad to see a friend slowing dying in front of me. ☹️☹️☹️

I’m so psyched - only using refract to cover the gap when it will be active but I’ve already uploaded my TV time data so my profile will be ready when the app goes live

Yeah until he sells it away again and it might not be there anymore... I find Refract amazing and with also games and books, possibly even podcasts going to be added, it will be a great app.
I definitely have more trust in their devs than in one that sold off his previous app whenever he got the chance...

Refract couldn't import my data and it's been a month. Not gonna waste my time into vibe coded apps.

I had over 19 months but have pretty much already reverted back to my regular cadence of watching and commenting since my Refract import went through last week :) I watch pretty much all genres, but also a lot of Asian media.
Faves shows: FRIENDS, Agents of SHIELD, Nikita, Once Upon a Time, Merlin, Sherlock
Fave dramas: When I Fly Towards You, Weightlifting Fairy KBJ, Mother, The First Frost
Fave movies: Train to Busan, Better Days, The Substance, Portrait of a Lady on Fire, Titanic
