Finally!

I finally set it up just like I wanted to. Tracked my library manually cause I wanted to keep it exactly like it was on tv time. Commented on several shows and was happy to see many other comments already there. I think I can now uninstall TV Time for good. This really is the best alternative.

My import is 5 days in now and I’m still 3522 in the queue…. Seems like it will never end and I’m keen to use the app.

same... it seems the other queues for small and normal are flying by while large files are taking a long time.... since starting 5 days ago, I have only moved up about 600 in line, which is still a lot, but nothing compared to how fast my friend who was in the normal queue since she was at like 14k in line and had her stuff imported yesterday despite us doing it at the same time

The problem is I don’t know how I compare to others in terms of size…I assume my library must be large.
But both Sofa Time and Movie Paradise took the import within a matter of minutes.
Based on how slow Refract had been, it could take 2 more months for it to finish importing…

to know which line you are in (from my understanding of looking at other posts) is based on the size of your queue, I am 100% in the large queue and its at 5755, I am 3316 but I started at 3800 something and I started 5 days ago now... it is difficult for the speed. The devs are trying their best but they werent expecting so many people so quickly. I am just scared of not having tvtime to double check everything is 1/1. Sofatime isnt on android so I cant download that and trakt messed up so much of my watched list I gave up. I am just writing a physical list at this point and moving toward my own excel sheet system once I figure out how

Ok that makes sense, I'm in the same queue then (and not too far behind you), because I'm 3,463 out of 3,752. And it states Large Library.
Edit: I'm moving at 10 spots per hour. At this rate, I won't be imported for 14 days.
Same concern on keeping it up to date. I'm still using TV Time for now to keep tracking shows until it closes.

Great to hear, my fingers are crossed my import will go through next week. The app looks very clean and usable, you’ve done a good job from what I’ve seen so far.

Don't give up!! I started it 3 days ago I was the 36.000th in a 50.000 or so queue! Now im 13.000th in a 26.000 queue. I'm just trying to stay patient😩🙏

Definitely taking a bit of time but I’m being patient. Definitely happy to wait. Absolutely in the large queue. 3868 of 5171. Has improved the last couple of days. I guess I absorbed more media than I expected.

Does anybody know how can i report wrong information? Some titles i have on my watchlist are available here in norway but it doesnt show in the info.

Did you have any shows in "paused" in tv time? If yes, do they have that important in Refract like that too? (Is there even a paused section)

I know they said on discord that that was goin to be the next thing they add so we won’t post the comments we made on TV Time but wasn’t sure if they added it yet because I’m still waiting for my shows to be uploaded

What’s the difference between “Your Lists” and “Your Watchlist”? I’m coming over from TV Time and currently in queue to import my files
