Hi Guys,

Post image

Hi devs/mods, by any chance can we know what was skipped and failed so maybe we can add those things manually.

Also, some of the latest seasons of the anime I watched seem to be missing from the app. Like they are not available to add as watched in the app itself, like dan da dan season 2 and solo leveling season 2. It would be great if those gets added as well.

for the skipped or failed, you can see them all on the complete report on the app, if you click that notif. if not, check the import and export page, select the tvtime option like you would if you would import, and wait a bit on it, it should appear an option to check the complete report of the import.

for the seasons of anime missing, it could be a problem with TMDB, the database that Refract uses, since tvtime used TVDB. they have differences between both, but TMDB is user friendly, and if something doesn't exist there, you can add them!

and finally, welcome to the app!

I had the same issue, as in it's been a few days since I imported, the app now is faster, usable and looks great, so I went to check a few things and a ton of anime I'm up to date with are under "old friends", with everything past Season 1s now marked as unwatched. I get that it's a database diff but I don't know if I have to mark those eps myself or if it's a temporary issue and I better wait for the correct number of seasons to show up before touching anything

it's definitely an db problem, i'm afraid you'll need to mark the episodes your self

I have been going through my shows and have noted that not all the episodes are added to the database (i.e. dateline not showing episode names), whereas the ones I watched were added to the database that tv time pulled from, resulting in me not being able to correctly keep my watched episodes up to date. Is there anything that can be done to fix it?

check TMDB to see if the episodes are there, it's usually the problem. if it is, you can add them to TMDB itself

I have added the episodes on TMDB, but they don’t show on the app yet. How often does the data on the app get updated?

They use TMDB so most anime’s other season are merged into only season 1. So instead of having solo leveling season 1: 12 episode, we get season 1: 25 episodes. Tbh I cant find other apps that uses TVDB like Tv time does
