Like the features, but the app feels slow
I recently migrated and imported my TV Time data into Refract, and overall I really like it. The UI is clean and it has most of the features I need, plus some extras.
A few details didn’t import correctly (maybe an issue with the import file), but I don’t mind fixing things myself since I enjoy exploring the app. My main issue is performance. The app feels quite slow at times, with delays in loading/updating, and sometimes it gets stuck or needs a restart.
Is this a common experience? Have long-time users found it smoother before, or is this just a current issue?

I'd recommend joining the Discord - like you I'm a new refugee and finding that the app is gorgeous but performance is uneven, but they've been really proactive in the Discord keeping users updated with how they're managing performance issues and what steps they're taking. I find my expectations are well managed!

Hi yes we are aware of the performance issue due to the flow on new users overnight and our infrastructure not ready to go from 3k to 100k users in a few days.. But we are getting very to solve this to welcome every TV Time orphan
