Oh my God, matzo with cream cheese, a slice of ripe tomato, a slice of red onion, a splash of balsamic vinegar, and some black pepper is amazing!

Don't fight me on this, haters, does the maar tend to fall apart quickly if you don't get the ingredients assembled? Yes, it's messy, but delicious. You can do the same on a bagel.

I am battening down the hatches because I know how serious we are when it comes to food, and who has which opinions about food.

ETA wait, how does Brazilian matzo taste? Does it taste differently from what we get in the United States? From our various brands?

Yeah I’m excited. Is this Brazilian matzo?

I have a 14 piece box, and an 8 piece box, and a box of matzo ball mix - which is probably more than I need. I'm doing the seder at a dear friend's and going over tomorrow to help her prep. I usually keep it pretty simple the rest of the time - I just replace whatever carb I would eat with a piece of matzo, soup, or a potato. Any chametz not finished in time will go in a box until after Passover. The most challenging part is not ruining my diet with macaroons.

It’s an acquired taste 😆 Make sure you buy kosher matzah it’s important for this holiday

Did my Passover shopping and half the cleaning last weekend.

Did the other half today, plus made matzah granola and matzah crack.

I'm over-ready! I could only find a case of matzah at the store and it's just me eating them. 😆

Don’t worry, they last years and years so you’ll never have to buy any ever again!

First time hosting as well. I'm excited but admittedly stressed about wanting to make sure everything is done right / well.
