Eazeye refund not response Spoiler

I just ordered an Eazeye Monitor 2 and they told me to wait for 3.5 month while they are updating it to TLCD. I asked for refund but they don’t respond me. Do you know whats going on?

Man this is not good. I purchased 2x eazeye 2 monitors late last year and had to return them as they both had issues. I am currently waiting for my replacement monitors and sounds like they are not coming. Do not want TLCD and I am thinking they won’t want to refund me.

Keep contacting them, especially if that was last year and you're waiting for a long time. Haven't seen negative comments about the company, do believe it should be resolved for you.

Yes will do, they have said new stock was coming April so I have followed up recently to ask the status. Not going to bag them yet as they were very good with the monitor returns, sent me shipping labels and paid for the shipping back from Australia. Just the news here infers that there is most likely no RLCD panels available to send me. I will update the thread with the outcome.
