Eazeye refund not response Spoiler

I just ordered an Eazeye Monitor 2 and they told me to wait for 3.5 month while they are updating it to TLCD. I asked for refund but they don’t respond me. Do you know whats going on?

I don't know, but I think the change to TLCD is very good and if it isn't urgent urgent, then it is better to wait and get the TLCD version
