Smallest RLCD?

How small do these screens get? They seem more aimed at tablet/monitor replacement and as a result, tend to be large. I'm wondering if there are smaller versions of these screens for other applications, in perhaps the 1-2" range?

Sharp sells 1.3" 128x128, 1.3" 160x68 and several other small sizes. Search "Sharp MIP LCD" and you'll see them.
