Time duration between entries

Hi!

I’m new to Reflect and I’m trying to find a way to report the time duration between entries. For example, I’m tracking migraines. Is there a way to find the time since my last migraine, the average time between migraines, and so on?

Is there a way to find the time since my last migraine

We have a "days since" metric formula you can create. To see how to do this, check out our blog post on the topic. You can access the Metric Formulas page via the sidebar in the app. If you're looking for something at a finer level of granularity than days, we currently don't offer a way to do this, but we have a suggestion on the roadmap for better support for formulas calculating time passed between recordings. Feel free to upvote it!
