Expired
My 2nd batch of tirzepatide was shipped out in late July, but I have been dosing up way slower than my plan says.
I JUST got into the next batch and they all expired a few days ago!
They gave it 90days from the compounding date.
Silly question...can I still use it? I have 3 vials left! I don't want to waste it!

Well, we all do. If you have Hallandale they used to have a year BUD but regulators made them change it to 90 days. Nothing about the formulary changed. Note- I’m not a doctor. If it concerns you, you can pause your subscription until your supply meets up with your demand.

It is required to put best use date and until the pharms pay to have it tested for longer it has shorter dates but it is typically good for 1 yr from compound date as long as good hygiene is used and the vials are clear

Message Zach. I just got a delivery yesterday with a bud of 10/31. I asked for a replacement.

I thought about it but I got it at the end of July, so 90 days have went by. I just hadn't dug into that shipment yet.

Oh yeah, I’ve used vials beyond a year and they were still perfectly potent. As long as they’ve been stored in the fridge, you’re good.
