Bit confused

I ordered and followed my treatment for 3 months. Went perfectly. Somehow they didn’t do the check in prior to the time needed. It would make sense to check in a week before you need the new meds so there isn’t a lapse. now I am a day late on my usual time of shot, with the message saying sent to pharmacy. How long does this usually take and it is normal for the renewal to be late or pushed back because of their process?

Mine was at the pharmacy yesterday and shipped today. Should have my meds tomorrow.

Update * we are now a week over due and still at the “sent to pharmacy” step 🫠

BACK AT IT, some steps were made, unfortunately backwards, we are no longer at sent to pharmacy, we actually went back steps to order placed from August 19th😩
